Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer, Mr. Robert E Hilliard

Mr. Hilliard is a US Army veteran and has an extensive background in the field of electronic warfare and ruggedized mobile computer communication systems. Mr. Hilliard designed one of the first full-function mobile infotainment systems for the automotive industry (Telematics) that has dramatically altered the integrated mobile computing market today. Mr. Hilliard has managed numerous U.S. military and, CIA development projects and served as a Systems Engineer at AREA 51 – Mercury, Nevada facility. Mr. Hilliard worked in the (UPS) uninterrupted power systems industry for sixteen years. And has been working in the Semiconductor and Bio-Med industries for the last nineteen years.

 

He is a graduate of the US Army Mech & Technology Center of Fort Belvoir VA.  Mr. Hilliard is also the inventor of the (Mo-Pod) Mobile Point of Diagnostics Laboratory which was selected to represent the state of Pennsylvania and theme of the 2015 BIO International Convention in Philadelphia Pa and received worldwide recognition on the Discovery Channel. 

 

Co-Founder and CEO, Dr. Michael A. Triglia

 

Dr. Triglia is a US Army veteran and Triglia was a member of the Army Security Agency (ASA) the military counterpart to  (NSA) where he received his Top Secret Cryptography clearance. While serving he spent time in Southern Japan where he studied martial arts and received his 6th-degree black belt in Karate and holds multiple black belts in four other martial arts. He has an A.A.S. Degree from Delaware Technical and Community College, B.S. Degree from Salisbury State University and D.C. Degree from Life Chiropractic College. 

 

Also having a great interest in wellness, fitness and total system concept of health he decided to obtain his Doctorate in Chiropractic. After coming back to his home town and set up a highly successful practice with over 25 years of experience he decided to open a new book of his life. Several years ago Dr. Triglia met Mr. Robert Hilliard and after many months of the meeting decided to form a multifaceted high tech company  Veterans Technology Systems (VTS).

Infectious Diseases Consultant (IDC), Dr. David L. Horn

David L. Horn, MD, FACP, FIDSA, is currently CEO of Mid-Atlantic BioTherapeutics, Inc., located in the Pennsylvania Biotechnology Center of Bucks County.  He has received his medical degree from New York Medical College, Valhalla, NY; performed his medical residency at Westchester County Medical Center, Valhalla, NY; and completed his fellowship training in infectious diseases at Brown University, Providence, RI.  He is board-certified in internal medicine and infectious diseases.

 

In addition, Dr. Horn has worked in Medical Services and Clinical Development, Merck & Co., Inc., and Professional Services and Medical Affairs at Bristol-Myers Squibb.  He has extensive experience as an industry safety and clinical expert.  Dr.  Horn has authored or co-authored numerous publications concerning fungal diseases, bacterial infections, HIV infection and AIDS, tuberculosis, medical informatics, and sepsis.  He is a fellow of the American College of Physicians, and a fellow of the Infectious Diseases Society of America.

Chief Scientific Officer, Tony Chadderton

 

Mr. Tony Chadderton brings 25 years of scientific experience and leadership to the company. Throughout his career, Tony has been at the forefront of cell and molecular biology procedures and has extensive in-depth knowledge And practical experience in the academic sciences, pharmaceutical sciences and business aspects of a new startup biotechnology company. Tony began his scientific career in a translational medicine cancer research laboratory in Ontario, Canada in1992.In 1999 he joined a large Fortune500 pharmaceutical company in Pennsylvania where he contributed to the development of the new medicine Eltrombopag™ using novel cell-based techniques as well as advancing many new targets through the drug discovery pipeline.

 

In2011Tony left pharmaceuticals for a start-up Biotechnology company which he helped grow from the bottom up to its successful position today. Tony has published eleven manuscripts and thirty-seven abstracts of novel scientific work in the literature and has contributed to patents, NDA, s and IND’s. He has received over 10 awards for commitments to scientific and technical expertise. Tony was born, and raised, in Birmingham, England and obtained his BSc. Biochemistry from Coventry University in 1990. After emigrating to Canada Tony completed his MSc. Biology at Laurentian University.

Infectious Disease & Business Consultant,  Dr. Dave Jobes

Dave Jobes, Ph.D., over 20 years of research and business development expertise in vaccines, virology, and HIV. Dr. Jobes is President of Mid-Atlantic BioTherapeutics, Inc. (MABT). Dr. Jobes received his Ph.D. in cell and molecular biology from Tulane University. After completing his postdoctoral training at the NIH, Dr. Jobes worked at Applied Biosystems, where he was integrally involved in bringing a novel HIV drug resistance kit to market, ViroSeq®. He then moved to VaxGen where he ran a research group that characterized the HIV strains isolated from VaxGen’s two international Phase 3 HIV vaccine trials.

 

This work has resulted in numerous publications studying the effects of the vaccines on MSMs and IV drug users. Prior to founding MABT, Dr. Jobes was a co-founder of Presidio Pharmaceuticals, a small molecule HIV and HCV therapeutic company, whose lead compound is now in Phase 2 clinical trials. For the past 12 years, Dr. Jobes has been an industry business consultant responsible for about $400 million in licensing transactions and also serves as a business advisor to multiple companies.

Director of Engineering,  Anthony Page

Anthony Page is an Electronics Engineer, since 1984, BSEET from DeVry University, Irving TX. He has a diverse background in developing and organizing field service support systems. He has over 20 years of service operations in Diagnostic Imaging, Uninterruptible Power Supplies, and Medication Dispensing and DME equipment.

                                                                                                            

Mr. Page is a Disaster Resolution Specialist; he organized a tiger team to engage during 911; supporting businesses within the disaster area to stay online until petroleum resources were depleted. He deployed a team In New Orleans after Hurricane Katrina to support hospitals place temporary medication dispensing units in triage locations. During Hurricane Harvey, Mr. Page organized teams to deliver needed DME equipment to facilities with incoming elderly patients Mr. Page was the first authorized independent service agent for Xerox within the Houston market. Mr. Page has organized and developed several teams to service the Gulf Coast Region Texas to Florida, East Coast New York to Virginia as well as the West Coast Washington to California.

Director of Special Projects,  Blake Bryant

Mr. Bryant is a Graduate from Alabama State University with a major in Business Management. He completed his Masters of Business Administration program from Columbia Southern University in Orange Beach, Alabama with a focus on Project Management.  Mr. Bryant also is a Consultant for Fiserv in the Greater Atlanta Area where he focuses on engaging consumers with a variety of ways to enhance digital platforms while offering integrated approach processes and providing bank-grade security.
